Swiss night

I had a wonderful time last week although it was very busy. the Baptist church in Milford hosted the Faith Mission people, they had gone around knocking on doors a few weeks earlier and asked the people "if God was here now what would you ask Him" the answers were many and varied and they took the main questions and had a week of answering those question, they went around the people again and invited them to the church to see if their questions had been answered.

On Monday, the 12th the question was "why does God not prevent suffering?"
Tuesday 13th was panel night where they had a panel of four people who answered any questions put to them.
Wednesday 14th the question was "What's the meaning of life?"
Thursday the question was "God that's not fair"

Each night we had ministry in song with quest singer and guitar players it was wonderful. All the questions raised were dealt with in compassion, love and understanding and were grounded in the word of God.

Friday night was Swiss night.

David who was the leader all week came from Switzerland so on the Swiss evening. We had some fun whereby we had to taste Swiss chocolate and then say what flavour it was the team I was in lost abysmally, but we could hold our head up with the second quiz which was, "what is Switzerland famous for?"

David then gave his testimony which was amazing,
and for which he gave God the glory.

All in all, it was a wonderful week and I earnestly pray that those who were seeking will find the truth, peace and joy of knowing Christ as their Saviour.
